Orsoni (Italy) / Superloft
Superloft is an imaginary yet real home, curated by Giulio Cappellini, with the participation of the most interesting protagonists of the Made in Italy design and the masters craftsmen. An International home that could be placed in Paris as well as in New York in Berlin or Shanghai. A house that combines side-by- side iconic pieces by the most important furniture brands, in a synergy between contemporaneity and vision.
Orsoni, the historical Venetian furnace that uses the same traits since 1888 to produce 24K gold leaf mosaics, colored gold and smalti Veneziani, will participate in Giulio Cappellini’s Superloft with the projects of “Prisma Project”, 4 young emerging designers for a reinterpretation of the classic in a modern and artistic way. Some of the living elements of the furnace will also be exhibited: Crogiuoli resulting from Giulio Cappellini Architect’s chromatic choices, the “Historical Panel” born from the Color Library that preserves more than 3,500 shades of Venetian smalti, “Emozioni dell’oro” with 19 ranges of gold, “L’infinito” an incredible testimony of the multitude of colored gold that Orsoni can realize and “Violet” an interpretation of Optical Art.
